Why It Matters
Any shop can say it repairs your brand. A manufacturer certification means the manufacturer came and checked — the technicians’ training records, the welders on the floor, the measuring system, the paint line, the written procedures, the parts supply.
It also means we get the repair information direct from the factory. On a car built after roughly 2015 that is not a nicety: the procedure for a single quarter panel can run to dozens of pages, and it changes. A shop guessing from experience is guessing on your family’s crash structure.
