These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at cbs-auto-body.com (the “Site”), operated by CBS Auto Body (“Company,” “we,” “our” or “us”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any system connected to it.
• Introduce viruses, malware or any other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
• Use any automated system to scrape, harvest or extract data from the Site without our written permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or submit false or misleading information through any form on the Site.

2. Information is not a binding quote

Content on the Site — including service descriptions, timelines and any indicative figures — is provided for general information only. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding estimate, quotation or contract for repair. A binding estimate is issued only in writing, by CBS Auto Body, after we have inspected the vehicle. Actual scope, cost and duration depend on the damage found on disassembly, parts availability and, where applicable, the approval of your insurer.

3. Inquiry and estimate forms

Submitting a form on the Site does not create a service agreement and does not reserve a booking. We will respond to inquiries during normal business hours. Please do not send confidential information such as payment card details, driver’s license images or medical information through the Site’s forms.

In an emergency, or if your vehicle is unsafe to drive, call us on (818) 765-5300 rather than using a web form.

4. SMS and communication consent

Where you tick the consent box on a form, you agree that CBS Auto Body may contact you by phone, email and SMS regarding your inquiry, your repair and occasional promotions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time or HELP for assistance. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. 5. Repair warranty

Repairs performed by CBS Auto Body are covered by our limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the conditions set out on our warranty page and on the repair order issued at delivery. The warranty is voided if you no longer own the vehicle, if another shop attempts to repair the vehicle, or if the vehicle is involved in another collision in the same area we repaired. The warranty on your vehicle is governed by the repair order documents, which take precedence over any summary on the Site.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents — including text, layout, graphics, photographs and the CBS Auto Body name and logo — are owned by or licensed to CBS Auto Body and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution or modification requires our prior written consent.

Manufacturer names, logos and marks displayed on this Site — including Mercedes-Benz, BMW, General Motors, Kia, Hyundai and Alfa Romeo — are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the certifications CBS Auto Body holds and the vehicles we service. Their use does not imply that those manufacturers endorse this website.

7. Third-party links and services

The Site contains links to third-party websites and embedded services such as mapping and social media. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. A link does not constitute an endorsement.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Site, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. This section applies to the Site only and does not limit the warranty we provide on repair work.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CBS Auto Body will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Site, or your reliance on any information published on it. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under California law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CBS Auto Body and its owners, employees and agents from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Changes to the site and to these terms

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, and we may revise these Terms from time to time. Revisions take effect when posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
